🚀 New Features

Evidence Status in the Evidence Intake Workflow

Evidence Status is a new special field available for evidence within the Evidence Intake workflow. Configure the available status options in the Form Builder by editing the Evidence Intake form.

Status options can now be displayed as color-coded badges. These badges can be shown on both the Case Dashboard:

and in the Evidence Manager when added through the Table View Builder:

Any Dropdown, Single Choice, or Radio field can now be displayed as a badge. In the Form Builder, edit the field and enable Display as Badge to assign colors to each option.

Users Can Now Configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Using Email or an Authenticator App

Users can now configure two-factor authentication using either email or an authenticator app.

To enable it, go to About / Settings → General → One Time Password 2FA for Login and click Enable.

When enabled, all users will be required to log in using email-based 2FA. Users can optionally configure an authenticator app by visiting their User Profile, where a new Set up 2FA button is now available.

2nd Group By Parameter for Stats Explorer

Stats Explorer now has a secondary Group By level with drill-down support for more detailed analytics. This provides more flexible reporting by allowing many different combinations of grouped statistics.

You can now drill into USSS statistics for cases and evidence to view the corresponding list of relevant cases and evidence.

Added Support for Tracking Used 2FA Recovery Codes

The User Profile now displays how many 2FA recovery codes have been used.

  • Added spacing between the Display as Badge toggle and its label in Table Views.
  • Widened input fields in the Chain of Custody Bulk Report modal.
  • Updated the Edit Profile modal to match the layout and styling of the Edit User card in Users & Groups Manager.
  • Updated the 2FA management interface and warning messaging in the Users & Groups Manager.
  • Fixed layout issues causing additional fields on the New Evidence page to overflow their container.
