Notification Settings

Edit these settings in the top level menu > Admin > About / Settings > Email / SMTP.

These notification settings allow users to control when they receive alerts about key case activity. Notifications help ensure timely awareness of evidence handling, review workflows, and external requests.

PLEASE NOTE: These settings can only be set with Email / SMTP enabled. Learn more on the Email / SMTP Article.

Notify on Evidence Assignment

When enabled, you will receive a notification whenever evidence is assigned to you.

Notify on Reviewer Request

When enabled, you will be notified when another user requests you to act as a reviewer on an item of evidence.

Notify on Review Start

When enabled, you will receive a notification when a review you are involved in has officially started.

Notify on Submitted Request from External Users

When enabled, you will be notified whenever an external user (such as a client, investigator, or partner organization) submits a request through the Lab Sumission Request form.
