Case Status

Case status lets you tag your case as being in various states such as active, completed, inactive, and reviewed.

  1. Setting the status to pending review locks the case so no users are able to add new memos, uploads, status, or evidence can be added. A notification is placed on the case in the top right corner once it is pending review.
  2. Once a case is set to pending review, only a peer or admin can Approve or Deny it and put it in a new status.
