• Evidence Reviews - Set review request as not in progress when submissin approval/rejection review.
• Evidence Reviews - Changed default filter for 'Pending Reviews Assigned to Me View' to show incomplete reviews.
• Evidence Reviews - Hid comment icons and buttons for users without edition access to evidence.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Agency Manager - Set default agency if there is none.
• Device Stats - Fixed issue with not grouping by make and model. Allowed user to pick which fields to use for grouping of Mobile Phones.
• Evidence Reviews - Hid Reviews Assigned to Me to viewer roles
• Evidence Reviews - Refreshed list of users to be assigned in bulk action based on list of selected evidence.
• Migrations - Fix Error in migrations for 3.11 release.

• Evidence Reviews - Moved question mark icon to review-label's hint in review settings.
