🚀 New Features

• Form Builder - Users are now able to archive fields within field groups such as Deadline, Requester or Suspect.
  

• Request Submission

  • External users submitting Lab Submission Requests can now delete submitted and open request submissions.
    

    

• Report Builder
  

  • Users can now add dropdown choice options to prompt fields.
    

    • Click the down arrow button
    • Then enter choices in the Choices box (one per line).

    

    

    

    • When the report is run, the user will be prompted to choose the appropriate option.

    

    

    

• Users can now add case and author fields in the header and footer of a report.
  

Settings - Users can now add a custom name for Evidence Type. One agency is using xBit to track more than just Evidence Type forms and requested to make this more generic. This will replace labels anywhere in the application where you see "Evidence Type". For instance, you may want to change the label to "Work Type".

Stats - Percentages are now shown in pie chart stats.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Case Audit - Fixed error being displayed for deleted case audit page.
Evidence Review - Notifications are sent for evidence reviews and comments are enabled when SMTP is on.
Form Builder - Fixed issue with selecting evidence intake naming fields when it doesn't have any dependent forms.
Global Search - A request submission's case ID now will now be displayed in search results.
Report Builder - Fixed error caused duplicated prompts in the report builder when there is more than one prompt in the row.
Report Builder - Fixed missing field values for Evidence Intake section.
Report Builder - Fixed issue where generating a report with a multiple choice prompt without making a selection produces an error.
Report Builder - Fixed issue where users were not able to edit rich text editor table properties.
Report Builder - Fixed an issue where an empty barcode was displaying "0" in the reports.
Request Submission - Request submissions are now deleted when deleting a case.
User Manager - Fixed issue where user cannot scroll after clicking on a user card.
User Manager - User is no longer logged out when the user changes their own email address.
User Manager - Fixed issue when creating a new user where warnings were not being shown when the password is not entered twice.

🌈 UI Changes

Asset Manager - Fixed empty expiration date column not highlighting on hover.
Auto CID - Changed warning copy to be more clear when turning Automatic Case ID on. Users are instructed that they will be directed to another page to set up the Auto Case ID template.
Auto CID - Removed remaining white space on top of page after saving the Auto CID format.
Evidence Review - Fixed issue where long words were not breaking to the next line in the evidence timeline.
Report Builder - Table cell width properties were removed from rich text tables in the report builder.
Report Builder - Fixed issue with missing label that should say "Refreshing Preview" when a preview is being generated while switching blocks.
Report Builder - Created new styling for report builder's template edition fly-out menu.
