Improvements:
- Decreased load time of Table View Results by 50%.

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Evidence - Fixed issue where duplicate EIDs could be generated.
- Reports - XML special characters placed in long text fields for case or evidence were breaking the Word Reports (&, <, >, etc).
- Reviews - Fixed issue where assigning an evidence item to the default reviewer would result in an error.
- SMTP Email - Emails that evidence has been assigned to you will now link properly to the evidence item.
- Table Views - Fixed issue where default filters were missing.
- Table Views - Fixed issue where page was not scrollable after viewing uploads.
- Uploads - Fixed issue where thumbnail generation was repeating indefinitely.
🌈 UI Changes
- Form Builder - Fixed issue where scrolling over the date picker would scroll the entire page.
- Form Builder - Updated Reviewer icons and removed unnecessary icons.
- Table Views - Fixed issue where ICAC label would overlap with other elements.
- Users - Updates users table when admin has done a forced logout on a user and disabled the user.
- Users - When assigning users to a case, the admin box is always gray and selected.
