USSS Stats - Fixed issue where entering any values in the USSS Stats tab of the case dashboard didn't save the values.

🌈 UI Changes

Evidence Manager - Fixed issue where exclude cases was displayed on bulk options when the Exclude cases from global search option was set to disabled in settings.

TinyMCE - Fixed issue where TinyMCE toolbar would display outside of the modal with long values when editing a memo or an expense.
